Boerenerf's quince lambic of 2022 is a delightful blend of fermented quince juice and their own lambic, crafted using three different quince varieties. This product reflects the successful approach of our earlier 'Quince Lambic.'
The 2022 vintage boasts an enchanting appearance with a thick, frothy, snow-white head atop a hazy, warm golden blonde body. The aroma is a delightful combination of raw quince, quince tree leaves, dry wood, and subtle hints of spices, resulting in a sensory experience.
The taste is crisp and refreshing, with a well-balanced quince flavor reminiscent of green apple and hard pear, accompanied by soft notes of unripe plum and grape skins.
