1 x Boerenerf Mirabelle (Oogst 2023) - 75 cl (7,00% vol. alc.)
A blend of traditional Lambic, macerated with Mirabelle plums from Alsace.
1 x Boerenerf Kri-Vino (Oogst 2023) - 75 cl (7,50% vol. alc.)
A blend of cherry wine and Lambics infused with Bourbon vanilla.
1 x Boerenerf Pescharina (2023) - 75 cl (6,20% vol. alc.)
A blend of one- and two-year-old Lambics with a maceration of peach and nectarine.
1 x Boerenerf Zomerkriek (Oogst 2023) - 75 cl (6,80% vol. alc.)
A blend of Lambic macerated with organic cherries and cider.
1 x Boerenerf Alsacien (Oogst 2023) - 75 cl (7,00% vol. alc.)
In collaboration with Domaine Achillée from Alsace, we macerated their quetsche plums with our young and old Lambics. The blend underwent a six-month maceration.
